Patrick Cataluna

With a degree and experience in Special Education and currently as a communications coach/trainer, I have the proficiency for the art of teaching as I have catered to both child and adult learners alike in a classroom setting.
 
Through first-hand experiences, I have developed expertise in imparting knowledge to classes in an effective manner with emphasis on the following set of skills for both students and/or employees:

• planning, preparing and delivering instructional modules and curriculum
• monitoring and addressing knowledge gaps
• maintaining accurate records and performance progress
• creating activities to help improve grammar, pronunciation and effective communication
• partnering with parents or team leaders in providing feedback and creating action plans to help the continued development of the learner
   
  Moreover, by gaining knowledge from the University and through constant training with companies I have worked for, came the passion to develop my skills further. I was able to build a solid experience with an excellent command of the English language. Thus, making me confident enough to manage a class of students and work with peers in a diversified culture. It has been my greatest desire to be a part of a team which creates a challenging yet satisfying work environment.
