My name is Patricia Rogina D. Atienza. Just a brief background, I have an experience as a Pharmacy Help Desk Representative wherein we take calls from pharmacists and corporate representatives about refills, deductibles, and medications to our patients. After my contract, I applied as a Customer Service Representative wherein I handled combined billing with ATT. We take calls about customers billing questions and products and promotions that we offer. Months later, we got converted as Technical Service Representative for Wireless Services that mostly deals with billing concerns and troubleshooting their device.
