knowledge in the IT sector, including systems analysis, security and risk management of
information. I have been involved in the management of IT services in my current job ensuring

Key tasks and responsibilities:
Performing system upgrades, setup and installation.
Overseeing implementation of the current system, including data migration and setups.
Providing training and user manuals to new system users.
Support and maintenance of the ERP system.
Working with the implementation partner on all the setup.
Maintaining documentation related to systems and business application software
