I've been in the call center industry for 3 years and 5 months. My first account was Macy's with Convergys, we do payments, walkthrough the customer in ordering and tracking their shipments. After 5 months we were transferred to DTV with the same company and we do assist customers with their bills and a little bit of upselling and solving technical problems. After another 5 months I got hired from Ibex Global Solutions which is an ATT Uverse account. I was a customer service back then and at the same time a sales representative. We hardcore sell Internet, cable, homephone and cellphone and we also assist customers with their bill. After 2 years and 5 months I decided to work as VA to become more productive and to be more focused.
