I’m an operations and systems specialist who genuinely enjoys bringing structure to growing businesses. I thrive in environments where things are moving quickly and there’s an opportunity to turn scattered workflows into clear, scalable systems that help teams operate with confidence.

My work sits at the intersection of operations, marketing systems, and process improvement. Over the years, I’ve supported both global organizations and fast-moving startups by building processes that make execution smoother and more reliable. Earlier in my career, I contributed to workflow improvement initiatives connected to Google’s ecosystem, where I worked within a structured quality evaluation framework. That experience shaped how I approach operations today: strong systems create clarity, and clarity allows teams to focus on meaningful work.

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is solving operational puzzles. When workflows become messy, tools stop communicating properly, or projects start slipping because processes aren’t clear, I like stepping back, mapping the system, and rebuilding the structure so everything flows again. Watching a team move from confusion to clarity is incredibly rewarding.

I regularly work with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and other automation platforms. My day-to-day work often involves designing SOPs, organizing project pipelines, improving CRM workflows, and coordinating between technical teams, marketing, and leadership. With a Six Sigma background, I naturally approach problems with a process-improvement mindset—looking for the root cause, simplifying workflows, and creating systems that can support growth over time.

Alongside my professional work, I’ve also built and managed several entrepreneurial projects of my own, including e-commerce ventures and digital transformation services for small and medium-sized businesses. These experiences have helped me understand the realities founders face and the importance of building systems that actually support revenue, not just documentation.

What motivates me most is creating clarity where there was once complexity. When the right structure is in place—clear processes, reliable systems, and organized data—teams are able to move faster, collaborate better, and focus on the work that really drives impact.
