Hi! I’m Patricia Denise C. Domine, a passionate and proactive Development Communication student from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

With a strong foundation in communication, project coordination, and digital tools, I am eager to begin my career as a virtual assistant and bring organized, reliable, and creative support to individuals and teams.

My experiences in student leadership and event coordination have equipped me with the skills essential for a thriving VA.

  • As the Ad Hoc Committee Head for the UPLB Choral Ensemble’s HEARTH: Mindoro Tour, I successfully planned and coordinated a multi-day tour, created a comprehensive master itinerary, and ensured smooth communication among all parties involved.
  • I also served as the Vice President for Property Management, where I led a team, maintained inventories, and implemented systems to keep resources organized and accessible.
  • My role as Co-Head for International Relations during our concert tour to Japan involved official correspondence with embassy representatives, travel coordination, and the preparation of logistical documents.

These experiences strengthened my ability to manage calendars, handle email correspondence, coordinate events, and maintain clear documentation—responsibilities central to a virtual assistant role.

I’m also familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Filmora, and DaVinci Resolve, which allow me to assist with content creation, light design, and document formatting. I enjoy taking initiative, solving problems independently, and learning new digital tools quickly.

What excites me about becoming a virtual assistant is the opportunity to be the go-to person behind the scenes—someone clients can depend on for structure, responsiveness, and a calming presence when tasks pile up. I thrive when supporting others and making their goals more achievable by streamlining day-to-day operations.
