Dr Patience Siwadi, Deputy Director , Graduate School of Business Leadership, Midlands State University, Gweru Zimbabwe, the only AABS accredited Graduate School in Zimbabwe. Lectures in Strategic management, Strategic Leadership, Marketing, New product development and business communication. She is a PhD holder, from North West University in South Africa. She is a strategic thinker having assisted a number of organizations in crafting and implementing their strategic plans thereby gathering a wealth of experience. She has a passion for entrepreneurship having delved into several entrepreneurial ventures since childhood. She has pioneered the setting up of the MSU Incubation Hub which is an entrepreneurial centre garnering start-ups for the modernization and industrialization of Zimbabwe. She has been appointed the chairman of the Silo Food Industries Board and sits on other boards and board committees. She has vast experience in research having published in several refereed journals. She has extensive experience in the evaluation of systems, programmes and institutions in the Southern African region. She has evaluated for the World Bank, World Food Programme, UNDP and business organizations which included impact evaluation, Results based management systems, feasibility studies and outcome evaluations. She is also a business consultant focusing on strategic planning, results based management systems and human resource audits. She has research interests in strategy implementation, business communication, social entrepreneurship, strategies for livelihoods resilience and food security and is actively involved in Zimbabwe’s economic recovery. She is a motivational speaker and trainer.
