Additionally, I utilize HoduCC software for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), demonstrating my proficiency in handling and organizing large volumes of data efficiently.
My role at the call center involves direct communication with community members and Polio program staff across the southwest zone of Afghanistan. This has honed my interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to effectively address requests, complaints, questions, and concerns from the public. I am adept at coordinating with public health staff, managing salary processes, and ensuring that mothers receive hygiene kits for newborns at Mirwais Regional Hospital. These responsibilities highlight my organizational abilities and commitment to public health initiatives.
