Making sure the shelves at the checkouts are replenished with stock on a daily basis. There’s daily cleaning tasks too such as brushing & mopping, sanitising shelves and door handles, tills must be sanitised after every use. We do a written daily floor walk in the AM and PM to confirm the departments have been checked & there is nothing potentially dangerous in the way for customers. I am fully till trained so on busy days I’ll also serve customers with their shopping, i assist customers that require keys from the key cutting machine. On days where I am working independently on customer services I am also in charge of authorising reductions & discounts on the tills. We work on pallets of stock on a daily basis, I am trained with using a pump truck & can work through pallets quickly & efficiently. I’m fully familiar with the use of adhoc print and label printing of all sizes for products, I use this software at some point during most shifts. Bar Staff The Liquor Tank - Cannock August 2020 to September 2020 During my time at The Liquor Tank I greeted customers, showed them to their tables, booked and reserved tables for customers, I would take customers orders via the portable tills, I would also take payments through the portable tills or cash payments, I made drinks & cocktails serving them as desired, as well as preparing large quantities of fruit for cocktails and making sure all the bar and cocktail stations were clean and tidy. Lastly I would clean the kitchen thoroughly to a good standard if I was working on a close shift.
