I was using SCRUM as a major approach on my projects and best development practices like CI/CD, TDD, Code reviews etc. I'm always looking for opportunity to improve the project I'm working on, trying to do my best to provide my customers with every bit of knowledge and experience I have. I keep polishing my skills by taking additional courses in my field.

I spend as much as 10 hours per week watching training videos and attending online webinars on professional and organizational topics. Now I'm preparing for MCSD Certification at Microsoft to boost my value as an IT professional
