After completion of the academic session have joined the Telecom industry in the domain of Customer Care Support and Training facilities in Assam (India) at the very outset of the telecom revolution that started during 2006 and served as one of the key role players in not only Training and Development of Customer Care Executives but proved to be very instrumental in curving company policies and root maps for the development of the sector and emerged as one of the most prominent ISO 9001: 2000 auditor. After serving the industry for 9 (Nine) long years have finally decided to value addition to the growth of a new horizon engaged in Data Entry business since 2015 and excelled into multiple line of this work.
