I was a medical biller for almost 3 years with focus on denials management. I have experience with denied claims (COVID claims to be specific) and converting them to paid claims (with enough proof). I do the investigation of denied claims and locate proofs to reverse the denials of claims. I have experience with NueMD, the EHR system we used from my previous company. I also have extensive experience navigating through different insurance portals to process claims.
