The first company Ii worked with was Alorica.I first joined a Travel Account US Airways that dealt with flight General Reservations. Then, I was moved to Verizon and AT&T I dealt with Internet and Cable issues. I spent 3 years with the company. The years in the corporate world at that time was a race however, I didn't see stability due to account closures and no security of tenure so I resigned.

I was also part of 247 Inc. My Job role was Technical Support for Optus. It's an Australian Mobile Service provider. A competitor of Telstra. We support all mobile phone issues for both Android and iPhone. The job was a learning experience as it was challenging to fix phone break issues. I quit as they all of a sudden moved me to Mobile Billing.

The last company I worked with was West Contact Services from 2013 to 2018. I spent 5 years as a Technical Support for Internet Service Comcast. I handled various internet issues for residential customers across the US. The company nurtured me on how to be more professional as we speak with various types of customers. My career leveled up as I became a Subject Matter Expert. I helped new hires and colleagues who need support in troubleshooting or up-selling. Part of our scope was to up sell. After the issue is resolved we offer phone or cable service. 

The years in the Corporate World was fruitful but I would like to spend more time with my family so I look forward to start working at home.
