I’m a Quality Assurance professional with over 15 years of experience ensuring software reliability, usability, and performance across web, mobile, and API platforms. My career has spanned startups to unicorn-scale companies, where I’ve played key roles as an individual contributor, team leader, and quality consultant.

My foundation lies in both manual and automated testing. I’m skilled at designing test strategies that balance coverage, speed, and maintainability—whether for fast-moving Agile teams or more structured enterprise environments. I’ve led the successful implementation of test automation using tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Postman for UI and API testing, and integrated them into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. I also have experience with performance testing using tools like K6 and JMeter, which has helped identify critical bottlenecks during high-traffic events such as e-commerce flash sales.

One of the proudest achievements in my career was transforming QA practices at one of Indonesia’s top unicorns by introducing Shift-Left Testing. By embedding QA earlier in the software lifecycle, optimizing test coverage, and fostering a culture of shared quality ownership, we reduced production-critical bugs by 58% and significantly improved release confidence.

As a leader, I’ve managed QA teams of 4–30+ people, dividing responsibilities strategically between manual testers and SDETs. I coached junior members, transitioned manual testers into automation roles, and ensured each team aligned with business goals. My leadership style is collaborative but data-driven—I use metrics like escaped defects, test case coverage, and cycle time to identify gaps and opportunities.

Freelance work allows me to partner with diverse teams, whether short-term for a testing sprint or long-term to build sustainable QA practices. I’m often involved in initial test strategy setup, automation framework design, mentoring, or helping teams scale their testing in fast-paced development cycles.
