Employment Background:
**Social Marketway (Washington D.C, USA)
Outreach Manager / Homebased
March 2018 to April 2019
_At first, my task was to extract email addresses of business establishments, then send emails
to the business owners. Eventually, I was promoted to the position listed above. As an Outreach
Manager, I handled the control of projects, tasks and assignments.
**Teletech
Cainta Rizal, Philippines
Customer Service Representative
For Amazon Account
May 2017 to October 2017
_I had the same tasks as I had when I was working for EGS/NCO (now Allorica), which were
tracking down delayed or missing packages and processing refunds or replacements when
needed. I had to quit because I developed Osteoarthritis and my Orthopedic Doctor did not want
to give me a fit to work document. The company advised me to render resignation, since I was
not allowed to go back and work.
**Brisbane Wealth Solutions (Brisbane Australia)
Appointment Setter / Homebased
September 2016 to February 2017
_I worked for Mr. Michael E. Williams as an appointment setter. We talked clients into getting
our service, such as helping them out to save more money by reducing their taxes. I was an
opener and my key responsibility was to get people to set an appointment for our accountants to
visit them and explain the benefits we offer. I had to quit my job when my employer put up a
website and incurred a problem. I was floating from November to February, but my employer
was generous enough to give me my salary even when I was on a floating status. However, I
did not want to get a salary from him without doing any work, thus I explained to him that it was
unfair for him to pay me while I was on a floating status. My employer was kind enough to let me
go since there was no position available for me at the moment.
**DoCS (Do Clever Speaking / Manila)
ESL Skype / Online Teacher (Homebased)
October 2015 to August 2016
_I was an English Tutor for Chinese Nationals. I taught children and adults. Sessions were
mostly one-on-one but there were group classes as well, with 2-4 children. I did not quit my job
but the company closed due to some legal matters, therefore all the teachers including me, lost
our jobs.
**Concentrix
Eastwood Libis, Q.C.
Technical Support Representative
For Dish Network
June 2015 to August 2015
_I worked for Dish Network on a graveyard shift and due to my age, I developed Hypertension.
My doctor advised me to stop working in the meantime and get some rest. Since I had a good
standing while I was with Dish, the Operation’s Manager said that once my doctor allowed me to
go back to work, I could re-apply anytime. My key responsibilities under Dish include basic
troubleshooting for technical issues, upselling, processing orders, and answering customer’s
billing inquiries.
**EGS/NCO (now Allorica)
Markington Marikina City
Customer Service Representative
For Amazon Account
November 2014 to February 2015
_I worked the second time for Amazon’s seasonal account, and when my contract ended, they
offered me a permanent full-time position, but I declined their offer since I was evaluating my
options back then. My key responsibilities were exactly the same that I had the first time they
hired me.
**EGS/NCO (now Allorica)
ABS-CBN Compound Q.C.
Customer Service Representative
For Amazon Account
April 2013 to July 2013
_I worked for Amazon’s seasonal account until my contract ended. My key responsibilities were
walking customers through as they set up an account or revise anything on their account,
processing orders, tracking down delayed or missing packages, processing refunds or
replacements for damaged and/or lost products.
