Pallavi Ramkaun

Hello, my name is Pallavi Ramkaun. I’m 24 years old and I bring around four years of diverse professional experience.

I began my career in hospitality, where I worked as a Guest Relations Officer and Guest Experience Coordinator. In this role, I focused on delivering exceptional experiences to hotel guests, ensuring their stays were memorable while also driving upselling opportunities. This allowed me to develop strong communication skills and a deep understanding of client satisfaction.

I then transitioned into an administrative role within a finance company, where I gained valuable organizational and operational experience. However, I realized that I thrive most in client-facing environments, which led me to move into a sales and onboarding role with my current company.

I’ve spent over two years in this position, where I’ve developed my skills in client management, sales, and relationship building. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience, but I’m now looking to take the next step in my career and continue growing in a more challenging environment.

As a person, I’m highly adaptable, quick to learn, and very people-oriented. I enjoy working in team settings and take pride in delivering value to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
