I have been both in the academe and customer service for more than 10 years now and I find these jobs fulfilling. If there is one thing that the two have in common, it is - service. Serving people the best that I can and offer necessary resolution for their inquiries or problems.
Moreover, I have had so much successes in those professions as proved by myriad of awards I got and the trust that the companies are bestowing me. I have received plenty of awards as a researcher such as best presenter in many conferences both international and local. I have also chosen as one of the Learning Action Cell (LAC) speakers/facilitators in the Division where I am invited to speak before other groups.
As a customer service associate, I have received numerous commendations from the clients who trusted me in return to the quality service I used to offer them.
