I was responsible for managing day-to-day operations, customer service and sales team. Optimize Shopify site, launch new products, update product features & shopping cart logic. Create reports for marketing & financial KPIs, including competitive analysis. Serves the product technical expert and provide team training.

Main programmer and developer of the company (html, css, java script and liquify), implementation of new products, design changes, optimization of the user experience with the sales platform, research of new products and suppliers, hiring and training new employees, technical support to customers regarding the use, assembly, maintenance and electrical installation of all products, management and monitoring of promotional ad systems and sales campaigns (Google Ads), directly responsible for contact and relationship with the entire supply chain.
