I’m Shirisha Pabba, a passionate and results-driven Technical Support Engineer with over three years of experience providing exceptional IT support in dynamic, high-volume enterprise environments. Currently, I serve as a Senior Systems Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where I oversee IT hardware and software operations, deliver high-impact remote support, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing system availability and user satisfaction. My role involves managing end-to-end incident resolution, onboarding new employees, enforcing IT compliance, and mentoring junior engineers. I’ve consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to problem-solving—whether it's identifying infrastructure bottlenecks, proposing optimization strategies, or collaborating across teams to implement lasting solutions.

My technical skill set spans across multiple operating systems including MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux. I’m well-versed in enterprise tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, Citrix, VDI, Active Directory, Azure MFA, Okta, and Microsoft Intune. I bring strong capabilities in managing remote and onsite IT support, handling escalations, and meeting SLA targets with precision. Earlier in my career, as a Graduate Trainee and later as a Systems Engineer, I developed a solid foundation in user account management, network troubleshooting, and multi-channel support, consistently exceeding AHT and SLA benchmarks. These early roles helped shape my customer-first mindset and sharpened my technical and communication skills.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from St. Francis College for Women in Hyderabad, and I’ve continued to strengthen my professional expertise through certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft 365 Essentials.
