I am a veteran in communication skills; and a seasoned teacher in primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions. After a stint in teaching and lecturing, I was in the private sector for about 15 years with expertise in Human Resources, Learning and Development as well as Customer Services. In addition to having worked in HR and Training department for DHL, three banks, and UAC Nigeria, I also train and facilitate on soft skills, HR, and customer relationship skills.

I am a creative writer and one of my lyrics, ”Mortal Motions” was an award winning philosophical poem published in The Sound of Poetry by International Library of Poetry, USA, 1991.

I have a very high regard for quality work and professional attention to details. A melancholic by temperament, I usually think outside the box for effectiveness and not just for efficiency. I am a personable, well-disciplined and a self-motivated team player with high sense of responsibility, time management and organizational skills that motivate others.

With high emotional intelligence, my interpersonal and leadership skills were always rated highly commendable by my direct reports and superiors alike. My career functions have been made memorable with my, creativity, innovation and excellent oral and written communication skills enhanced by a bachelor and Master’s degree in the English Language.

In addition to my other A-rated competencies, I am a problem solver as well as a change agent in all the places I have worked. I am humble, resilient, tidy, proactive, empathetic, innovative, committed, and professionally confident. My integrity has also never been in question.
