I am a passionate and self-motivated full-stack web developer with over three years of experience building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. With strong technical skills in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, I’ve led and contributed to several impactful projects, most notably Texnojoy.io, a platform I helped launch from scratch. It improved how users interact with tech reviews and comparisons, and it taught me to think like both a developer and a product strategist.

My background includes working at Fido Studio and UIC Group, where I was responsible for full-cycle development, from database design to front-end responsiveness and SEO optimization. I'm particularly proud of my ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, troubleshoot complex problems, and write clean, maintainable code.

Aside from my technical qualifications, I bring strong soft skills to any team I join. I am highly organized, reliable, and an excellent communicator — fluent in Uzbek, English, and Russian. I’ve worked in team settings across various hackathons, where I’ve not only contributed code but also took the lead in presenting, negotiating ideas, and managing workflow under pressure. I actively participate in networking events and discussions with industry professionals to continually grow both personally and professionally.

One of my additional strengths is my ability to work as a virtual assistant or team support member — I’m frequently online, responsive to messages, and comfortable handling both technical tasks and administrative coordination remotely. I’m also a fast learner when it comes to tools like Trello, Notion, and Slack, and I’m comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, whether it's writing documentation, coordinating a small team, or providing fast tech support.

Currently, I'm deepening my understanding of mobile app development and AI-based tools, with the goal of building solutions that don’t just work — they make life easier. I enjoy being part of early-stage projects and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
