I have completed B.com with Gujarat university and worked 1 year for Reliance inbound as customer service Representative to resolve the customers query regarding their prepaid service.  

I have also worked for TATA PHOTON for 1 year and i was resolving the customer's issue regarding connecting to the internet and explaining the bill summary as taking the calls for both customer prepaid and postpaid.

I have also worked for Airtel for 3 months.

I am positive thinking person, professional, dependable and like to face new challenges.
