pregnancy.

Achievements:
Published paper on IoT-based Healthcare System for Real-time Maternal Stress Monitoring.

Master Thesis: Prediction of Protein Structure Energies using Deep Learning
Duties:
- Investigation of Bayesian deep learning using PyMC3 by comparing to existing deep learning
frameworks including Keras, Lasagne, Theano, TensorFlow on various neural network architectures
including Artificial Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks and Convolutional Neural Networks
using Python.
- Prediction of protein structure energies represented as time series data using Bi-directional Gated
Recurrent Units.
- Writing a literature review on Bayesian statistics, existing protein structure prediction methods and
deep learning
Achievements:
- Successful prediction of protein structures energies which are important for the identification of
diseases such as cancer, cystic fibrosis, and many other diseases – Pioneer research.
- A thorough investigation of Bayesian deep learning models – Pioneer research

- Application of Finite Volume Method to discretize the Partial Differential Equation in 3D Electrical
Capacitance Tomography to derive a computer simulation model.
- Implementation of the computer simulation model using MATLAB
Achievements:
- A MATLAB simulation that solves the forward problem in 3D Electrical Capacitance Tomographycurrent studies are limited to 2D.
