hello there, I have IT Support skills which include customer service, tech sales, appointment setting, real estate sales, with more than 2 years' experience in real estate, customer service and support, I have good communication skills and I am good with tools like HubSpot , Freshdesk, Calendly , pick time. I am passionate in helping customers and solving their problem with empathy because I believe a happy customer guarantees a happy business, and customers are the reason we are in business, and a happy customer brings about a returning customer. Serving customers through chat and text is what I love doing because it helps to build rapport with customers which helps me to know their pain point and how to solve their problems. I also help clients to make right decisions in real estate investment; I am good in keeping client-agent relationships, I turn prospects into real time clients.
