Task: The focus of these projects was to highlight a PRD, product roadmap of the product development journey
from discovery, ideation to delivery and consequently launching an MVP.
Actions I took:
I utilized an agile methodology to build a flexible and iterative product roadmap that could adapt to user
feedback and changing market needs.
Through user interviews facilitated by surveys, I identified a clear target persona for both projects. By
analyzing the collected feedback, I gained valuable insights into user needs and pain points.
I developed a customer-problem template to clearly define the problem the projects aimed to solve. By
identifying and validating underlying assumptions, I ensured the product was addressing a real user need.
