their car hotspot feature.
I'm researching, looks into, and fixes user issues with the car hotspot feature. Accompanies
people who contact help by phone, chat, email, and/or other channels with questions
about connectivity and other issues.

My role is to provide technical assistance to customer on how to setup satellite radio on
the vehicle. Provide troubleshooting steps on how to resolve vehicle connectivity issues.
I'm also part of sales team who sells products under SiriusXm companies like radio
subscriptions and radio units. I was able to reach every months qouta for 8 consecutive
months I stayed with the company.
I was able to excel in my position and got promoted as an assistant team leader. My team
was known as one of the best teams in our campaign for many months,the major portion
of the team was all internally promoted due to their outstanding leadership skills
developed by me for many years.
AT&T (Uverse)
My role is to provide technical assistance to customer on how to setup internet
connection, wireless connectivity, and any computer wiring. Provide troubleshooting steps
on how to resolve television/cable issues.
My daily task is to troubleshoot customer tech problems. Resolving issues related to
computers, phones, tablets, modems, internet, networks, software, and the like.
