I am very knowledgeable in Salesforce CRM implementing/managing it. I managed it for almost two years doing
productivity reports, dashboards and improving all processes to boost efficiency using Salesforce as the main tool.
I also have experience with databases handling large amounts of data doing business intelligence reports,
connecting Power BI with different Microsoft tools such as Azure DB and Microsoft Access.
RPA experience using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive processes in F&A departments.
