Oscar Bagay Fajardo had conferred the Degree in Bachelor of Business Management with Concentration in Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship with completion in Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping at Davao Oriental State University.

Employed after college education in a Local Government Unit as Data Encoder and Minutes of Session and meeting transcriber. Experienced Bookkeeper for seven years in a cooperative type of business.

I had rendered seven years of service in the government service and was transferred luckily in a private hospital assigned in the administrative department under the accounting section as Health maintenance Organization Coordinator last calendar year 2012 with multitasking job description.

Billing Clerk and Disbursing Officer Reliever for almost one year in the same department. I was promoted as Medical Records Officer in the same institution last June 2018 handling supervisory jobs for the whole operation of the records section. Managing the staff in their respective job duties and responsibilities.

Doing dual job function being an officer and at the same time performing frontline job as HMO coordinator. Preparing Monthly Mandatory reports of the section for submission to the different agencies such as Department of Health and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation. Take charge in preparing duty rooster of the staff and attending management meetings called by the hospital directors, attend seminars and meetings to the different agencies and now currently resigned from the present job to seek for online job or work from home.
