I am a Chemical Engineer who worked in Food Manufacturing Companies in Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. I lead a team of Project Engineers to start construction of factories, supervise installation of manufacturing machines, organise hiring of production workers, conduct training and initiate the production from ordering raw materials to the actual process until packing of finish products.
