Hi I'm Osama Jahangir, I'll provide services as a technical support officer at ZONG ltd. where I provide technical solution which client are facing on his system and also I am working as a penetration testing on self based and able to provide this service to you. I have experience as a technical support where I provide troubleshooting in MS Outlook, Active directory, VMs, VPNs and system and software troubleshooting and manage 300+ VMs to provide troubleshooting on it and also have a experience on fusion access and fusion client software to manage and create VM's. My expertise on penetration on websites and network system, I have experience in different tools like, Burpsuite, Wireshark, Nessus, Nmap, Nikto etc. and different OS like, Windows, Kali Linux and Microsoft server 2016.
