I’ve spent the past several years building a career around two things I truly enjoy: communication and creativity. I began working in the BPO industry, where I gained more than five years of experience helping customers, solving problems, and improving client satisfaction. That work taught me how to stay patient, handle pressure, and connect with people from different backgrounds. It also gave me a strong foundation in professionalism and teamwork.

After some time, I realized I wanted to explore a more creative path, which led me to digital media marketing. For over four years, I’ve been managing social media accounts, designing content, and helping brands tell their stories online. I enjoy seeing how visuals, words, and strategy come together to build real engagement. There’s something exciting about creating a post, seeing people respond to it, and knowing that it made an impact.

Throughout my experience, I’ve worked with clients from many industries, including food, tech, real estate, and education. Each project has been a chance to learn something new, adapt to different audiences, and develop strategies that work. I love the process of turning ideas into content that feels authentic and connects with people in a genuine way.

I’m detail-oriented but also focused on the bigger picture. I like organizing tasks, setting goals, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I value communication and collaboration because I believe great results come from working closely with others and sharing ideas openly.

What motivates me most is creating work that has purpose. Whether it’s helping a small business grow or shaping a brand’s voice online, I always put thought and effort into making sure the message feels real and relatable.
