Comprehensive problem solving abilities Acting as a Team player Strong work ethic TECHNICAL SKILLS • • • Design Software: CATIA MS OFFICE Skills in Production Operations PROJECTS Experimental investigation on Laser beam cutting of Al 2024 alloy sheet Oct’18-Mar’20 • Main aim of this project was to study the effects of laser parameters on Aluminum material regarding heat affected zones & surface roughness. • Results show that, Laser Power plays an important role and has given highest contribution, while machining. • As we increase laser power, there is an increase in heat affected zones & as we increase the cutting speed, heat affected zones gradually gets decreased, since no much interaction time b/w beam & work piece. • Budget invested: 12000/- ( for purchase of material, laser machining charge & testing charges) Design & Manufacturing of Long Shell (B.Tech) (A part of a Gyroscope- Missile) • A complete study of how a gyroscope works was done. • Observed how the part was being manufactured in CNC machines. Feb’17-Mar’17 • • This shell covers the gyroscope, which helps in tracking the position correctly before hitting the target. Distance:-mts @ 200m/s.
