In my current role as an Associate at Blissful Attorneys, i advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and labour law matters, while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including service contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and employment contracts. I have also contributed to due diligence exercises, risk assessments, and arbitration proceedings, in addition to preparing board documentation and regulatory filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

My previous experience at Fragrame Law included leading a small legal team to handle labour disputes, contract reviews, litigation support, and client advisory. I strengthened her litigation expertise by drafting persuasive court processes and conducting detailed legal research to support client interests. My early internship at Law Pavilion further developed her analytical skills and precision through extensive work with legal databases and reporting.
