I'm pretty familiar with tools like Zendesk, Shopify, Pipeline, Liondesk, Richpanel, 3CX, ShipHero, and various CRM platforms, and I’m always up for learning new ones. Most recently, I spent two years at Remwaste handling customer support and admin tasks, where I managed calls for drivers, scheduled pickups and deliveries, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
I've also worked with Toll Logistics Australia, where I primarily handled customer inquiries about their deliveries and pickups. I also helped track packages and organize delivery and pickup schedules.
