Hi I am Orlan Ortiz, I am a technical support engineer, I do remote session to troubleshoot clients problem, I have vast knowledge on network endpoints such as PC, laptop, Telephone, CCTVs. my main work is to install and troubleshoot enterprise network for various type of industry, like hospitals, hotels and schools to name a few.

• Dynamic/Static routing configuration (OSPF, BGP, RIP)
• Policy Based Routing source and destination
• Switching configuration and VLAN setup L2/L3•Monitors system performance and implements performance enhancement
