I have also created website content and worked on promotional campaigns on social media, using platforms such as WordPress, Facebook, Twitter/X and Instagram, and tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
I also have developed content production campaigns for print publications as well as websites and social media that either tied directly in with or complemented the broader agenda of the organisations I worked with, in addition to overall yearly communication and publication schedules. These campaigns consisted of various types of content, from short tweets to newsletters and long-form articles, and utilised text, images and video.
I have experience in managing direct reports and helping them with their professional development, as well as training colleagues on the requirements of various projects. I have also previously liaised with external authors and freelance designers, working with them to get projects completed efficiently and on schedule.
