A brief description of myself is, first I am a Customer Relationship Manager, Data Entry specialist, Chat support, general Administrator, Team player and good Leadership inclined.

In the course of my work history I have worked in the field of hospitality, sales, and financial services.

During first my 2 years work experience in the hospitality industry, I was previledge to be a team lead. Mostly coordinating the team activities as we delivered topnotch services to our clients. In this period I also managed the stock inventory, stock order placement, storage and issuance. These opportunity made me strengthen my customer relationship management skills in handling complaints, feedback and requests of customers while still maintaining good relationships with customers. Adding to this, my employers directives, goals and deadlines at always met.

Sales has been one thing that has been consistent in my work experience. From hospitality to the real estate environment I have given results consistently. In which had a 1 and half year experience in sales of land and housing properties.

Finally, data entry, chat support and operations roles are few of the responsibilities I engage in the financial services industry I am currently engaged in.

Strategic planning and problem solving skills built along the way has helped me to deliver my work more efficiently.
