Leadership, interpersonal relationship and result based output have been a skill I have learned over the years. In college, being the class leader enabled me to know the value of team work, work input and responsibility. Six years of customer relationship gives me the insight to know that the management of customer satisfaction is the soul of any thriving business or company. Satisfactory customer service is key to a progressive business. With a degree in Philosophy, there is a desire to be a deep thinker in customer management.
