SUMMARY
My career didn’t start in an agency. It started with people, service, and learning how brands feel
from the inside out. Over the last 3 years, I’ve worked across hospitality, personal brands, live
entertainment, and digital agencies, helping brands move from “we’re online” to “people actually
care.”
I’m a results-driven Social Media Manager and Strategist with a strong foundation in brand audits,
content strategy, and storytelling. I enjoy building systems, guiding creative teams, and turning
scattered ideas into clear digital directions that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Strategy is my strength, creativity is my tool, and storytelling is how I connect the two.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Social Media Manager/Content Strategist
Avario Digital Agency |July – November 2025
I joined Avario as a Social Media Manager, but the role quickly evolved into a role focused on
strategy, leadership, and creative direction.
Led and coordinated a digital team including graphic designers, video editors, content
creators, and scriptwriters.
Conducted in-depth social media and brand audits for each client to uncover gaps,
opportunities, and positioning issues.
Developed and implemented a content strategy framework that was adapted across multiple
brands.
Took the lead on campaign ideation, especially for awareness, engagement, and salesdriven projects.
Directed the creative feel of video shoots to ensure content aligned with brand messaging.
Shot and edited video content using CapCut (advanced level), with working knowledge of
design fundamentals (Canva).
Managed social media pages, tracked analytics, and optimized content performance.
Wrote website content and long-form brand copy.
Actively participated in internal and client meetings to maintain clarity, alignment, and timely
delivery.

CHALLENGE
Low awareness and engagement within the local and African community in Texas.
Weak collaboration opportunities due to limited visibility.
Difficulty sharing their sound beyond existing circles.
PROCESS
Conducted a full brand and social media audit to identify gaps.
Collaborated with the designer to redefine the visual identity and page feel.
Co-created a weekly community-driven event: Open Mic Jam Session, designed as a
karaoke-style meetup where people could sing, play instruments, and connect.
Repurposed archived videos into engaging promotional content for both the event and the
band’s music.
RESULTS
Noticeable increase in awareness and engagement.

Conceptualised and launched a personal brand project showcasing expertise in digital
marketing through a 90-day content challenge on LinkedIn.
Designed and executed a multi-platform content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and
Pinterest to promote classy and feminine fashion.
Developed a consistent brand voice through high-performing captions, wardrobe guides,
and relatable styling tips.
Built a content library and thematic posting system to maintain engagement and audience
loyalty.
Analysed performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and content saves

Boulevard Owerri Hotel - Owerri, Nigeria | Feb - Nov 2024
This role was about building visibility from scratch and making the hotel more than just “a place
to stay.”
Developed the overall social media strategy, content ideas, and a structured content
calendar.
Selected and focused on the most effective platform (Instagram).
Fully set up and optimized the hotel’s social media pages.
Led content creation across video and graphics, working closely with internal departments.
Directed posting schedules and overall page aesthetics.
Organized and executed a hybrid online + offline campaign for Cocktail Week (March 27–31,
2024).
Collaborated with Toast FM 90.3 (Owerri) and an influencer for PR and awareness.
Created a WhatsApp channel for updates, promos, and customer engagement.
Submitted monthly analytics and performance reports.
CAMPAIGN GOAL
Build awareness for a newly launched hotel and its departments beyond rooms.
Establish social media presence and attract influencers and event organizers.
Position the hotel as a key hospitality brand in the area.
