Onuche Dorcas Ufedo

I have a degree in Microbiology from University of Agriculture, as well as a master degree holder in medical Microbiology from Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola. I also have a diploma in Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. My Academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in the Education field, which I further developed through my years of teaching.

As a Youth corper, I volunteered to teach at the American University of Nigeria, Elementary while serving at Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola. This was a valuable experience for me, despite the fact that I had to deal with distance barrier but I realized that I had acquired a lot of communication, interpersonal and also managerial skills. This was the starting point for me, cause it helped boost my confidence.

While serving I was also privileged to interface with undergraduate students, which I got engaged in carrying out researches and also did some office related work such as invigilating test and exams, printing and sorting out papers.

Before I started working at Qualis Royal Academy, I did some private tutoring for kids of different ages, shortly after my NYSC. Here, I learnt to be more patient, tolerable and understanding.

I have 5+ years of experience working as an Educator and also as an Administrator at Qualis Royal Academy. Through out my experience, I have demonstrated a passion for teaching and mentoring students as well as individuals and consistently received positive feedbacks from both students, colleagues and also parents. I am committed to creating supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. I am also dedicated to staying up to date with the latest development in the Education field, and regularly attend conferences and workshops to ensure that my teaching is informed by the latest research.
