I have had over 17 years in Accounting, applying financial management theory to business operations. The value I bring to an organization extends far beyond that of your typical Chartered Accountant (qualified in 2008). Not only am I effective in developing strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance initiatives; but I also know what it will take for operations, marketing, and sales to successfully execute them to deliver strong sustainable revenue, profit, and performance results.

My career has included Financial Management roles in sizeable businesses and organizations. I provide a unique combination of knowledge and technical skills that facilitate the successful running of business operations in order to ensure the long-term success as measured by:

–         Best Practices Implementation: To enhance the value of Processes, Information systems, employee productivity, and Corporate Governance.

–         Managing the Working Capital Cycle: Ensuring that collections and payments are scheduled optimally such that the enterprise generates sufficient cash for its ongoing operations.

–         Driving change: Through analyzing organizational structures, information systems, governance, and on that basis, executing plans for success.

I have succeeded in building financial teams from the ground up, implementing financial systems, and facilitating merger integration and change management initiatives that have directly impacted the top and the bottom line.
