I use project management tools like trello, Asana, monday.com confidently to execute project for my client as a virtual assistant. I manage my clients calendar well making sure there's no clash , I manage his emails, I schedule and book appointments using pick time , I use Google suite efficiently, I manage his travel itinerary , I book his flights and accomodations using Airbnb, booking.com .I have knowledge about email marketing tools like lemlist , I use Apollo for lead generation. I stack my tools using flowva . I communicate with my team members using slack , I use loom to record videos showing clients what I can do . To crown it all, all I'm trying to say is I'm good at my job and can use project management tools, CRMs, booking/ rental platforms and everything you need to use to be a successful customer support rep,well .
