Here's a brief rundown of myself!

I've worked in customer support my entire professional life. I enjoy interacting with and helping all of my clients via email or phone calls, whether they are customers, providers, third-party providers, professionals, non-professionals, small businesses, or larger entities. This could be done technically, via emails or inbound and outbound calls.

I adore interacting with individuals from all over the world of various ethnicities and cultures. I enjoy getting to know them, having conversations with them, and—most importantly—helping them in any way I can.

The capacity to know enough about what you do is a talent; however, the drive and passion to know enough to help, interact, comprehend, listen to, and coordinate with others is not just a talent but already a "skill"

Being in the industry since 2013, I can claim with certainty that I am skilled and passionate of what I do and what I love doing. It is a set of skills that I've honed over the course of my career, and it wasn't just a talent anymore or a skill but an asset.

So, what else is there to say?

Significantly, I love my life, my family, and being responsible, compassionate, and resilient. I adore being upbeat, innovative, focused, and result-oriented!

Most importantly, I cherish having the capacity to fulfill my obligations and go above and beyond them while still being naïve and carefree enough to enjoy myself.

Lastly, A wise man once said, "Without commitment you'll never start, but without consistency you'll never finish." More importantly, "Without discipline you'll never succeed." No matter what one's circumstances were or what jobs they held throughout their lives, they couldn't succeed without dedication, consistency, and discipline. No matter how many setbacks they experienced, even the most successful people uphold these qualities. Because of these three qualities in life, I have now mastered what I am.
