Technical issue: A client was so frustrated not being able to connect his modem. I listened, empathized and found a solution by troubleshooting with his laptop to be sure it is updated and there's no interference with the IP Settings.

Refund Issue: A client was upset about the delayed refund. I facilitated the process, and she was thrilled to get her money back.

Product Guidance: Walked a client through who was unaware of our products . Who ended up purchasing.
