Oluwafemi Emmanuel

My name is Adaraniwon Oluwafemi Emmanuel. I am from Ekiti State in Nigeria. I am an IGCSE Certified Chemistry Teacher with over seven years' of working experience across the educational sectors.

I am passionate about providing students with the necessary tools to achieve academic goals and instilling a love of learning and cooperative teamwork. I am also passionate about teaching the concepts of Chemistry and other Science-related subjects in a simplified way that helps easy assimilation and better understanding by reviewing the existing curriculum to accommodate engagement, enhancement, and extension of learning contents.

My passion has guided my career path with a second degree in Improvement Science in Education and a first degree in Chemistry and Education. I have held several positions, including teaching in international, private, and public schools. I have also volunteered as an education/peace volunteer for a non-governmental organization. I teach Chemistry at Silver Valley International College in Kabba, Kogi State from February 2022 until now. I work remotely as an Online Chemistry Tutor at Brighthat Limited and also as an Online Science Tutor at Tuteria Limited. I am a West African Examination Council and National Examination Council examiner. I was a Physics and Chemistry Tutor/Human Resource Manager at Best Option Advancement Limited from August 2019 to January 2022. I worked as a Chemistry Teacher at Nempi Secondary School from August 2018 to July 2019 during my service year. After my graduation from the university, I worked as a Chemistry Teacher and Head Teacher at Great Stars Academy from January 2018 to July 2018.

Throughout my career, I have been able to achieve excellent academic results through my students' performance, and some of my achievements include:

Two of my students scored 90 out of 100 in the Chemistry Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, 2023.

100% of my students scored distinctions in the West African Secondary School Examination, 2022 and 2023, National Examination, 2022.

80% of my 25 students scored above 85 in the Chemistry Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, 2022.

80% of my 25 students scored distinctions in the Cambridge International Examination, 2022.

80% of my 40 students scored distinctions in their Joint University Preliminary Examination conducted in September 2020 and July 2021 at Ilorin, Kwara State, with 95% of them gainfully admitted into the Universities.

I increased the student population by 70% in 2020 and by 80% in 2021 while working as a Physics and Chemistry Tutor/Human Resources Manager at Best Option Advancement Limited.
