years, I have been part of engineering teams and also led teams in developing applications being used by

Writing APIs for the digital bank using nodejs, typescript, and a MongoDB database. Some of the

Writing of APIS using node.js and MongoDB database.
I was the lead developer in a team of four including a UI/UX Designer and two frontend Engineers; I was
also in charge of deploying the APIs I write and adding continuous integration using Circle CI.
Some of the features I work on include the following ;
BVN verification using VerifyMe API.
Creating of wallet account using VFD Bank APIs; writing webhook so user can be credited.
Transfers; inter and intra-transfers to users and micro pension providers.
Writing of APIs to create micro pensions account using VERITAS GLANVILLS, Pal Pensions, and Leadway
Assurance APIs
Referal- whereby a user can share their code to new users so as to create a micro pension after which
they are credited/rewarded a certain amount of money.
Writing of API that are used by the whatsapp bot which acts as another channel for users to interact
with awabah(instead of just the website)
Tracking of users active/pending referrals
Topping up of user wallet using Paystack APIs
Verification of user email and phone number using Twilio and SendGrid.

Leading the team of the biggest Nigerian internet and voice service provider startup in developing
applications with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
I lead the team in building TizetiOS(an internal CRM)with React and Nodejs which automates the
processes of every department(sales, field support, customer support, etc) in the company to improve
efficiency and staff productivity.
I built the requisition feature which is used by the staff to raise requests for funds or reimbursement
automatically from the finance department and ultimately, helps to reduce the risk of fraud. This
feature is role and department based and each staff member sees only what they(roles such as CFO,
manager, and accounts manager) are authorized to see.
I worked on features for the support department where users can search to view customer's details
using mac address, email, name, and phone number in order to be able to view their expiry, etc
Integrated the functionality of the payslip features whereby staff members can see a breakdown of
their monthly salary if they request it and this is done by the Account Manager and can also be done
by the CFO.
I worked on automating payment and subscriptions for customers.
Engineering and maintaining major features of the company's customer-facing and internal web
applications that increased productivity using JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Redux.
