I have a total 5years work experience in Retail sales and Customer service. I was actively involved in front line customer service, handling of sim complaints, sales of sim, bulk recharge outlet sales, e-pins sales, new bundle activation, servicing and maintenance of existing sales outlets, creation of new sales outlets while I was working with Airtel Nigeria(Telecommunications). Daily field visit for proper brand awareness and mentoring for prospective customers using branded point of sales materials and 40% success rate recorded increasing total KPI by 25% at the end of the business year.
