My career has been shaped by a strong blend of customer-facing roles, analytical problem-solving, technical support, and hands-on operational experience across multiple industries. I have consistently worked at the intersection of people, data, and processes, which has allowed me to deliver reliable outcomes while improving efficiency and service quality. This combination of customer service excellence, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and supplier coordination aligns closely with the responsibilities outlined for this opportunity.
I began my professional journey at First City Monument Bank, where I worked as a Switch Application and Data Analyst Support officer within a card issuing environment. In this role, I monitored real-time customer transactions and supported the performance of ATMs and POS terminals nationwide. I produced daily and monthly operational reports directly from databases using SQL, investigated transaction disputes, and monitored integrations with major vendors. Ensuring rapid resolution of system or transaction issues was critical to maintaining service continuity. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, analytical confidence, and ability to work with large datasets in complex, high-availability systems.
I later moved into logistics and warehouse supervision within a poultry and meat processing business. There, I managed stock using First-In, First-Out principles, oversaw inbound and outbound logistics, and ensured frozen goods were transported within temperature-safe windows, often during evenings and early mornings. This role gave me practical exposure to cold chain logistics, food safety considerations, and warehouse operations, reinforcing the importance of precision and compliance in supply chain management.
My role with Pisces Et Al Logistics further expanded my experience in procurement and transport operations. I managed supplier relationships, sourced vehicle parts and equipment, and successfully negotiated a reducing-balance finance model for fleet acquisition that delivered significant cost savings. I also supported daily transport planning, fleet documentation, and proposed a reverse-integration business case for a retail venture focused on high-demand used vehicle parts, including the onboarding of in-house mechanical capability.
Currently, at DNA Payments Group, I support merchants across POS, EPOS, and e-commerce platforms, handling technical troubleshooting, billing queries, and reconciliations while coordinating with multiple internal teams. Alongside this, I was selected to deliver a Stock Forecasting project as part of my MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I analysed historical sales, returns, swaps, and third-party logistics data to build an Excel-based forecasting and inventory management dashboard that predicts terminal demand months in advance and supports procurement planning.
Across all my roles, I have consistently leveraged technology to improve outcomes. I am confident using Excel, SQL, Power Automate, SAP Materials Management, and ERP fundamentals. I am highly organised, customer-focused, and motivated by continuous professional growth, with a strong interest in using data and insight to support better operational decisions.
