Identify and process the documents to purchase the relevant standards ( ASTM, API) used in laboratory processes. Prepare schedules for maintenance and calibration in the laboratory and follow through to ensure the calibration of lab equipments. coordinate the certification of lab sampling equipment and fire extinguishers to the Issuing of quality certificates. Analyse the samples brought into the lab to ensure good quality control measures before receiving the samples and assigning control numbers to them. Ensure all parameters are in place for the sustenance of ISO 9001: 2008 certification and actively involved in the preparation for certification update to ISO 9001:2015. Perform internal audits according to the company’s quality manual and regulatory standards to check for compliance and non conformities. Prepare JHA’s (Job Hazard Analysis) and toolbox talks, manage the calibration of Equipment, follow up on laboratory gas supplies. Initiate, maintain and update all database management systems.
