By arranging in-house inspections, I reduced the unit's expenditure by a substantial amount. • Used Excel to create a model which assisted in the monitoring of ship inspection due dates. • Used ASSETS database to input newly approved Vessels calling at NLNG Terminal, and to complete report for unit’s weekly activities. • • Prepared flowcharts with the use of Microsoft Office Visio for use in the Ship Vetting process.
